Lucy works with professionals, executives and business owners

earning more money and leading a balanced, happy life. She has
an MBA, is soon to be a graduate of CoachU, is training with the
Graduate School of Coaching and is an authorized Inscape Publishing
distributor of DiSC, DiSC Indra and other online learning tools.
Lucy brings to her coaching clients over twenty years of experience
in various leadership positions in companies, educational and
non-profit organizations, such as Bank of New England, Dechert
Price & Rhoades, Palmer and Dodge, Bank Boston, Pine Manor
College and Emerson College. As an entrepreneur, she
has started her own businesses and completed project work for
organizations such Fidelity Investments, Open Market, Oracle,
and Siebel Systems. Lucy's background as a manager,
fund-raiser, salesperson and mother of three wonderful children,
provides an insightful understanding of individuals, business
and transitions.
Lucy has the life of her dreams and a passion for supporting others to build theirs through one or several approaches: strengthening personal foundations, improving relationships, career transition, strategic career planning, time management, building new skills, new communities and self-care.
